1 Peter 5:7 says, Turn all your anxiety over to God because he cares for you. Young children don't worry about where their next meal is coming from, where they will sleep, what they should wear etc. They trust that their parents will take care of everything for them. If something does make them afraid they get close to their parents and hide behind their legs. Children get sick and hurt themselves but their parents are always close by comforting, encouraging, and helping them.
God is your heavenly Dad. He loves you and cares for you. He is with you when you face challenges such as illness or injury, the death of someone you love, failing at school, falling out with friends... Give you anxiety, your worries and fears to him. Pray and talk to him about them. Then have faith that he is looking out for you. That doesn't mean everything will be unicorns and rainbows but he is with you on the dark days and everything will be ok in the end. When I feel afraid I keep repeating "Faith, not fear" and it reminds me to trust in God and not give in to the fear.
CHALLENGE: What are you anxious about? Write it in your prayer journal. Talk to God about it.
