Mother's Day is in a few weeks time - now would be a great time to start making a gift for your Mum. Below is one I made for my Mum for her birthday.

Here are some cute scripture gifts that you could make for Christmas. The classes are online ($16US) or you could just use this introduction video as inspiration and design your own. You could use this idea to make a great prayer journal or gratitude journal for a friend or family member. I love, love, love these DIY prayer journals. They would make fantastic Christmas gifts. These are a very quick and easy project. Just make sure you have plenty of newspaper around because the spray paint goes everywhere. I bought the fabric spray paint at Spotlight and the fabric bags at K-Mart.
I made these cute little Christmas Prayer jars with for less than a dollar. The mini jars were from the Two Dollar shop. I already had the brown card, string and white paper at home. All you need to do is make a gift tag and tie it on with string. Then write a Christmas prayer, roll it up, tie it with string and pop it in the jar. Ta da!
I bought this cute frame from the Reject Shop for $10 and used Canva* to design this quote art. It would make an awesome decor item for your room or a great gift.
* Canva is a mostly free online graphic design platform that enables you to design Facebook and Instagram posts, cards, presentations etc. I made this cute Bible Verse art with a $2 photo frame from K-Mart. I took out the glass and put in some black card then attached some string and wooden pegs (also from K-Mart). You can either handwrite your own Bible Verses or print some out on a computer. I cheated and used Word to print mine on some scrap paper from K-Mart.
